1. Who these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website and, unless a product publishes its own terms, the software products and services operated by Goallord Technologies LLC ("Goallord Technologies", "we", "us"), a company registered in Wyoming, United States. By using our website or products, you agree to these terms.

2. What we provide

Goallord Technologies builds, owns, and operates software products — including SaaS applications sold by subscription — and delivers custom technology solutions to businesses and institutions under separate written agreements. Individual products may carry additional product-specific terms presented at sign-up; those terms control for that product where they differ from these.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Paid products are billed by subscription (monthly or annually) or as otherwise stated at purchase, through our payment providers such as Stripe.
• Prices are shown before purchase. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellation and refunds work.
• Custom client work is invoiced under the applicable project agreement, not these subscription terms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to our products. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, and display it in order to operate the service. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Our intellectual property

The products, this website, and all associated software, branding, and design remain the property of Goallord Technologies LLC and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer them except as permitted by law.

7. Service availability

We work to keep our products reliable and secure, but no online service is uninterrupted. Products are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. Where a written agreement includes specific service levels, that agreement controls.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature survive termination (including intellectual property and limitation of liability) do so.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
