Data Processing Information
Effective date: August 6, 2026
This page summarises how Goallord Technologies LLC processes personal data across its website, products, and client platforms. It supplements the Privacy Policy, which remains the primary notice.
Our roles
- Controller. For this website, enquiries, marketing, customer accounts, and billing, we decide how and why personal data is processed — we act as a data controller.
- Processor. Where an organisation uses one of our products or a platform we built to manage its own users' data (for example, a school managing student records), that organisation is the controller and we process the data on its instructions.
Categories of data we process
- Account and contact information — name, email, organisation, country.
- Billing information — subscription plan, invoices, and limited transaction records. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Support communications — the messages you send us and our replies.
- Technical and usage data — as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
- Customer content — data our business customers store in products or platforms we operate for them, processed under their instructions.
Categories of service providers (sub-processors)
We use a small number of established service providers to run our services:
- Managed cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, for running applications and storing data.
- Payment processors, for subscription billing and payments.
- Email providers, for transactional and support email.
A current list of sub-processors for a specific product, and a data processing agreement (DPA) where required, are available on request from support@goallordtechnologies.com.
International transfers
We are a U.S.-registered company serving customers in Nigeria, the United States, Europe, and internationally, so data may be processed in countries other than where you are located. Where laws such as the GDPR or NDPR apply, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as contractual protections with our service providers — for those transfers.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — for the life of an account plus a limited wind-down period, for billing records as long as tax and accounting law requires, and for support threads long enough to resolve and reference them. Customer content in client platforms is retained per the client's instructions and agreement.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of each service — encrypted transport, hashed credentials, role-based access, and backups. Our practices are described on the Security page.
Your rights and contact
Rights requests (access, correction, deletion, and others where applicable) are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. For any data-protection question, DPA request, or rights request: support@goallordtechnologies.com.
