Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to all products and services operated by Goallord Technologies LLC. It exists to keep our platforms safe for every customer. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

You may not use our products to

• Break the law, or encourage or help others to do so.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited bulk communications.
• Distribute malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data.
• Probe, scan, overload, or disrupt our infrastructure or other customers' use of it.
• Host or transmit content that is defamatory, hateful, or exploits minors.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or process payments for undisclosed third parties.
• Resell or sublicense a product without a written agreement with us.

Fair use

Products with usage limits state them at purchase. Automated access (APIs, integrations) must respect published rate limits and documentation.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and, depending on severity, warn the account holder, suspend, or terminate access. Where the law requires, we may report activity to authorities. We aim to give notice before action except where doing so would increase harm.
