How It Works

Two ways to work with us.

You can subscribe to a software product we operate, or commission software built for your organisation. Here is exactly what happens in each case — including how you pay, how you get support, and how you leave.

1. Subscribing to a product

  1. Choose a product. Each product on our Products page states what it does, who it's for, and its current status. Products marked "In development" or "Private deployment" are not yet open for public signup.
  2. Sign up and subscribe. Where a product is live for public signup, you create an account and subscribe monthly or annually. Payments are processed by established payment providers — we do not receive or store full card details.
  3. Use it, with support. Support requests go through the product or to support@goallordtechnologies.com. We aim to respond within two business days. See the Support page for what to include.
  4. Renew or cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time before the next renewal date; access continues to the end of the paid period. Full details: Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Commissioning custom software

  1. Enquiry. Email support@goallordtechnologies.com describing your organisation, the problem, rough timeline, and budget range if you have one. Two paragraphs is enough.
  2. Discovery. We talk through your workflows and constraints, and confirm whether we're the right fit. This costs nothing.
  3. Written proposal. You receive a scope, timeline, milestone plan, and price in writing. Nothing is billed until you accept it.
  4. Signed agreement and deposit. Work begins after a signed agreement. Payments are tied to milestones — you pay for completed, reviewable work.
  5. Build in the open. Short iterations, working software early, and reviews at each milestone. You always know where the project stands.
  6. Launch and operate. We deploy, verify, and hand over. Most clients keep us on a maintenance plan — hosting, monitoring, patching, and support — but handover with documentation is always an option.
